Business Analyst - Finance Transformation - TOM - Process Design - Org Design - Contract
My client, an international media organisation, are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 3 month contract on a WFH basis. This will be to work on a Finance stream transformation programme. This will be for both the Operating Model and the Functional Process.
Assistance and support and guidance where needed on all aspects of Target Operating Model work including:
- Assisting with TOM workshops
- Working on key design decisions, getting clarity, ensuring completeness, finalising and helping get approval
- Working on high level organisational design
- Assisting with defining example role types
- Conducting High Level activity analysis
- Presenting results: collation, analysis and interpretation of Activity Analysis
- Assisting with creation of future state Org Design, placement of roles in Org Design and creating role charters for new roles
- Assisting with High Level sizing of Org Design - based on Activity Analysis, process efficiency assumptions in consultation with HR Stream
- Produce High Level team descriptions
- Assist in performing PFM current state business partnering assessment if required
- Work on final business partnering organisation (if relevant)
- Develop business partner and CoE (if relevant) playbooks (processes, policies and SOPs)
- Work with finance and rest of stream on interaction model and relationship management
- Develop capability framework - ie defining the skills required for the roles in future state Org
- Input into business case
- Assist on detailed design plans
- Change impact assessment
