Relevant Skills and Experience: maximum 6 Desirable or Essential
Strong understanding of an Office 365 environment as the client is rapidly moving to that as the standard - Essential
A good understanding of data insight building tools, and specifically Power BI (part of the O365 toolset that client is expecting to adopt) - Highly Desirable
Strong experience of User requirements gathering, specifically around Use Case Scenarios and the ability to translate User speak into requirements and prioritise them - Essential
Excellent people skills to engage at all levels from Senior Leadership Team to day to day User. Essential to understand how the existing toolsets are used as well as summarising at Board level - Essential
Strong communications skills as the vast majority of this work will me remote, as almost all staff are working away from the Offices via MS Teams and Skype For Business - Essential
