Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate within a user-centred design process, working in an Agile fashion to agreed sprint and release plans.
  • Support the end-to-end digital process, from design through to development, testing and deployment, ensuring that digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers.
  • Working with colleagues & cross-functional teams to define and own business user requirements, functional specifications and business cases
  • Engage and work closely with UX Designers, including third-party agencies, to develop the best-in-class user experience, validate via customer testing and to ensure consistency across design, UX and technical capability.

You will also be maintaining and observing internal control standards, implementing them and also observing Group Compliance Policy.

This is a great opportunity to support key strategic digital initiatives globally, and will initially be a 6 month contract.
