Product Manager - Pet Insurance
Our client are looking for a Product Manager who has worked within insurance to join their Pet team. You would be working with the team to share the requirements and specification of their new Pet Insurance product. This role will be remote initially, with the requirement to visit the clients office in West London on occasion in the future.
You would be responsible for managing the product life cycle to deliver market leading performance. You would identify development opportunities and seek to maximise customer value and return and be responsible for developing, leading and driving the New Business/In Life strategy to deliver the agreed commercial performance; leading a cross-functional team of internal professions and 3rd party suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Set clear intent, direction and guardrails to achieve outcomes, aligned to the strategy.
- Leverage insight and internal and external networks to keep abreast of key customer requirements, market conditions and trends, including technological advancements.
- Own business processes, frameworks and tools within your area, continuously improving them to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, lead and deliver the product strategy to maximise value in line with agreed objectives balancing customer and commercial objectives. Manage key metrics eg LTV, sales, income
- Lead on product development and the product roadmap (product, pricing etc)
- Manage key Third Party commercial relationships
- Play a key role in the overall leadership and success of the Commercial/Product
- Management team
