Description
For an an established IT Security Consultancy and due to increasing business growth in their Cyber professional services business, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Consultant with Splunk. The role will be based in Krakow onsite at customers premises.
Activities
- Stakeholder and end-user management
- Manage security capabilities for our client.
- Working with SIEM IDS/IPS endpoint protection (Splunk)
- Carrying out Health-checks and incident management.
- Data mapping and onboarding, configuring visualizations.
- Working with Security tools, programs, Methodologies, and security Frameworks
- Analysis and interpreting of event Logs, Network traffic, and System logs.
- Looking at trends to alert for mitigation of DDoS, Insider, and Phishing attacks
- The setting of dashboards and technical addon's
- On-premises and cloud onboarding
- Consulting and delivering analysis and presenting at technical and non-technical levels
Skills/Experience
- 2+ years Splunk implementation Experience
- SOC experience
- Stakeholder management - consultancy in the security space (Cyber/Network)
- Knowledge of Puppet, Chef. Delphix and Datadog
- Knowledge of deploying, integrating, and supporting clients for the critical solutions in complex network environments.
- Some experience in Event Logging, network traffic, system logs, and application logs experience
- 1+ year Experience with GCP and AWS cloud platforms
- Scripting/Programming skills in Python
- CISSP, CCNP, SANS, Crest, SCC2 core or relative degree (Not Essential)
