Our client is urgently looking for multiple Change Business Analyst positions to join their team based in London, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities of the Role:
To work as a Senior Business Analyst within the project reporting into the Workstream Lead/Project Manager
Extensive interactions with Business and IT would be required to ensure business requirements are understood and design approaches are agreed with consensus.
Extensive analytical work will also be required to support the business requirements and/or to challenge the status quo and to provide a pragmatic and scalable resolution to the problem/opportunity
Responsible for the gathering of business requirements, documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions, where required.
Preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the business requirements.
Preparation of test plans, test cases, coordinating with users and IT during the testing phase
Execution of specific test cases
Liaison with business users for executing the User Acceptance Test and securing sign-off
Preparation of the documentation and steps for deployment, including user training where required

Key Skillset:
Min. 8 to 11 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a Change organization having exposure and a good understanding of accounting, financial/regulatory requirements and worked extensively with users in these areas
Strong business analytical skills and logical reasoning, and ability to challenge the business on the status quo
Experience in a full cycle project implementation and have worked with onshore/offshore models
A strong sense of ownership, and can deliver independently with minimal direct supervision
A team player and can work collaboratively with and through others
Proactive, and demonstrate initiative to get things done
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), and active listening skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities in ambiguous situations
Prior experience working with some/all of the following will be an advantage: Reporting tools (eg, QLIK, Axiom), Analytical tools (eg, OBIEE, Tableau), Big Data projects/technology, General Ledger systems, Financial Consolidation tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) related projects

Must to have:
- Banking Products know how
- BA skillsets (req gathering)
- Agile exp for Epic/story writing
- SQL know how
- Domain area: a good understanding of accounting, financial/regulatory requirements
- Good stakeholder mgmt skills, Strong communication skills, high pressure handling and ambiguity
- Ability to multi task

Good to have:
