Interim Senior Finance Business Partner | Midlands | £250 to £300 per day (Inside IR35)
We are working with a central government organisation who require an experienced Interim Senior Finance Business Partner, until the end of April with the possibility of extending.
The Role
The role will coordinate the directorates' financial planning in alignment with business plans, tracking progress and taking pro-active steps to ensure objectives continue to be met. It will support the Directorate leadership teams in managing budgets and planning operations, and will be the expert in business processes in order to advance initiatives efficiently.
Personal Profile
The successful candidate will have the below skills and experience:
- Project management or financial management or management accounting qualification (or working towards), or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience at management level in a complex organisation
- Experience of business planning, risk management and budget or financial management
- Able to provide effective line management and/or project team management to achieve objectives.
- Able to understand, systematically analyse and interpret financial and non-financial information to produce clear recommendations that can be understood by a non-technical audience.
- Strong communication and IT skills
