Business Analyst - Supply Chain Experience - Outside IR35
We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our clients in London for an initial 6 month contract. This role is outside IR35. Our client is looking for someone who is fluent in Italian and English.
Experience Required:
- Must be proficient in both Italian and English
- Significant business systems analysis experience on large projects or programmes of work, and/or related Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes:
- Production Planning and Work Order management
- Subcontracting
- BOM/Routing and Consumption Tracking
- Quality Inspection
- Backflush accounting
- Knowledge of technology trends that could disrupt Supply Chain
- Demonstrable experience of implementing Supply Chain solutions, specifically SAP and Stealth 3000
- Proven ability to develop and build relationships and partner with senior stakeholders within the business and IT.
- Relevant Business Analysis experience across multiple projects in at least 3 full project life cycles, including one complex project/programme.
- Can clearly demonstrate delivering artefacts for each project phase and link the business value created with the process and system improvement.
- Ability to distinguish between Business process analysis and Business system analysis, knowing when and in which scenarios to use these specific techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in business process development and improvement
- Effective use of business modelling techniques: Process and workflow modelling (BPMN experience, preferred)
- Experience in eliciting and documenting requirements resulting in quality deliverables, with limited direction
- Self-directed and independent worker who can also lead through cross-functional and cross-organisational projects
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business settings.
- Self-motivated, creative, passionate and able to acclimate into a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated interest in the creative industries, retail or consumer goods
Desirable Experience:
- SAP Knowledge and or experience
- Stealth 300 Implementation experience
- Manufacturing process design experience
- Background in strategic management consulting
- BCS/ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis
- Line Management experience
- Experience of large ERP projects/programmes
- Lean/Six sigma experience
- Background in creating Target Operating Models (TOM)
