Infrastructure Engineer/3rd Line Support Engineer
London, £380 per day, 2 months initially
Bench IT require an experienced Infrastructure Engineer/3rd Line Support Engineer to join a large organisation starting immediately to provide excellent support across the technologies included below.
Technical skills of Infrastructure Engineer/3rd Line Support Engineer:
- Experience of supporting, installing and modifying all version of Microsoft Windows service up to Windows 2019
- Experience of installation, configuration and maintenance of Active Directory Services, MS Exchange, SQL and M365 & Azure services
- Capable of supporting and managing Citrix Xenapp & Xendesktop environment
- Hands on experience of administrating and supporting back-up solutions such as Veam, Backupexec, Commvault
- Working knowledge of VMWare & Hyper-V setup, configuration and support
- Demonstrable understanding of network infrastructure (Security/DHCP/DNS)
- Understanding and appreciation of ITIL frameworks
- Knowledge of Storage (SAN, NAS) systems
- Experience of Azure (experience with Kubernetes is desirable but not essential)
- Experience with Terminal Server Remote Apps
- Experience using Scripting language such as Powershell
- Experience with Networking - Basic switching & routing administration
