Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visualforce/Lightning/CPQ

Translate business requirements to technical specifications in deploying end to end automated solutions.

Act as the technical subject matter expert for the global SFDC instance and other integrated software components.

Drive testing and validation of new and existing functionality including configuration, development, and system releases.

Responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and health of the global SFDC instance

Develop efficiencies for the sales and support teams by automating processes through scripts and workflows
-
Work with internal customers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed
-
Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, 3rd party applications and new functionality based on evolving business needs

Analyze current business processes or procedures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend system-based solutions and improvements to the end-user experience
You will be a good fit if you have:
-
Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer in APEX/Visualforce/Lightning
-
2+ years of experience with Service Cloud and related 3rd party applications (ie Five9 CTI)
- 1 + years CPQ Experience

Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model

Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer certifications preferred

Experience in Enterprise SaaS industry at a global scale preferred

Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting and database management

Ability to balance technical skills with business acumen and to transform end user needs/functional requirements into technical requirements

Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced work environment

Knowledge of coding languages (eg: .NET, Java, JavaScript) and API integration framework

Working knowledge of the integration points associated with applications such as Outreach, XANT, Zoominfo, and Docusign.
