Detailed Job Description
Role: Data Migration Lead
Job Location: London, UK (Currently remote due to COVID-19)
Permanent/Contract: 6 months Contract (With possible extension)
Job Purpose:
- Provision of Data Migration Lead is to support Planning, Designing, Validating and Managing Data Migration processes for a GxP Artwork and Packaging systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for authoring delivering site Data Migration Strategy and Site Data Migration Plans (DMiP) in line in line with global data standards
- Responsible for data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation
- Accountability for provision of data extracted and transformed (DCWs)
- Accountability for provision of data that cannot be extracted and transformed (manually provided)
- Responsible for inputting into the Iterative corrective actions on DOMDs following data loads
- Ownership of ETL Plan
- Accountable and Responsible for the Business Data Cleansing, Data Requirements and Validation
- Conduct risk and impact assessments for any deviation from the established/approved data migration process
- Modify the end to end data migration process as and when required
- Modify the data migration performance management dashboard as and when required
- Modify and up version various governance documents (Data Collection Guidelines, Data Education Pack, Pre-Load Verification SOP, Site Engagement Pack) as and when required
Specialized Knowledge and Required Skills:
Prior experience working as a Data migration lead with a major system implementation programme
Practical understanding and experience of various business analysis techniques such as process modelling, requirements gathering, risk/impact assessment, stakeholder management, and change management
Project Management capability and experience
Understanding of pharma sector and CCIT processes related to IT projects.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience of working as a data migration lead within a pharma sector.
Knowledge of the target business process and subject area - packaging artwork and packaging specification.
