The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Atlassian Consultant to join our existing team, working with our customers to help them get the most out of their Atlassian software.
This will include installing, configuring and customising the whole suite of Atlassian Software (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Stride, etc.), as well as integrated non-Atlassian software, and supporting customers with a range of professional services, such as performance tuning, complex migrations and upgrades.
This role also plays a supportive function to the sales team assisting with pre-sales by providing recommended approaches, delivery estimates, and technical guidance for new projects.
The Opportunity
- You'll be working with customers to install and configure their software to meet their needs, typically focused around the development life cycle, DevOps, etc.
- You'll take part in customer workshops to determine their requirements and to help them understand the "art of the possible" and run training sessions to help them become self sufficient.
- You'll be helping customers to automate processes to improve efficiencies and streamline processes as well as take part in complex tasks such as migrations, upgrades and performance tuning.
The Person
- An excellent understanding and experience of Atlassian products and services, and be a confident System Administrator in the following products - Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Github
- Experience of engaging with stakeholders across a range of levels -
- Experience of leading consulting engagements (dependent on grade)
- Delivering training in a classroom and workshop environment
- Working within a structured environment, including the use of structured methods and approaches and modern development tools.
This role is Inside IR35 so applicants must be willing to engage via an Umbrella Company
