We are IT Recruitment Specialists looking for an Compensation Manager for one of our clients based in Maidenhead/Remote

Job Title: Compensation Manager

Location: Maidenhead/Remote

Job Type: 12 Months Contract, WFH till August 2021 and then onsite at Maidenhead office

Description

  • Work in critical partnership with the Head of EMEA compensation, employee experience partners in EMEA to align global programs with regional compensation and local requirements.
  • Provide compensation advising and detailed analysis on all aspects of compensation programs, including base salary, and incentive programs as needed.
  • Provide support for HR Business Partners and Line Managers throughout the year and through the Rewards Check In process
  • Advise HR Business Partners, and Talent Selection team in making compensation and job-related recommendations for promotions, new hires, transfers, job matches and job levelling.
  • Provide input to compensation program owners to improve global compensation programs and ensure programs meet local business needs.
  • Participate in projects lead by other Clients teams where compensation expertise and inputs are required.
  • Work closely with benefits, payroll, legal, and employee resource center to ensure alignment and compliance across the region, as needed.

Skills:

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of regional compensation experience
  • Experience working with compensation program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends/costs and modelling outcomes
  • Familiarity with compensation compliance rules regionally
  • Strong Excel skills and strong analytical skills
  • Must have good client facing skills with HR Business Partners and extended partners to ensure strong stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Collaborative teammate, self-starter and inventive with ability to work effectively in matrixed work environment
