Description
An IT Service Desk Analyst (1st/2nd line) is required for our client based in Blackburn, this is for an initial 3 month contract.
Provide a highly responsive and customer focused IT service offering 1st and 2nd line support to all users of the IT systems to meet agreed service level agreements. To be a point of contact for all users of IT systems for the resolution of Incidents taking end to end ownership ensuring they are resolved within Service Level Agreement.
Essential -
Proven experience in providing excellent 1st line IT support over the phone or face to face.
Active Directory- secure email
Experience of setting up laptops/tablets/imaging - config manage deployment
Office365/exchange creating new users
Face to face appointments
- Installing applications
