Project Manager - Contact Centre Cloud Migration (HOME BASED)
Our Financial Services client require an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the migration of the client's current Unified Comms solution for their contact centres to a new 3rd party cloud (Azure) hosted solution.
Remote Working
£540 per day (Umbrella Only). 6 month initial contract, with scope for a 18 month+ assignment
This Senior PM will be responsible for managing the migration away from the current supplier's Unifed Comms solution, to the new cloud hosted soltuion which is provided by a different supplier.
The PM will need to ensure that there is zero impact to the client's contact centre as part of the migration, and will also be managing the vendor relationships and also business relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the changes are delivered as the business need.
Experience required:
- Strong previous IT project management experience in a large corportate/blue chip business
- Delivery of contact centre/telephony/unified comms migration projects
- Cloud migration experience (ideally with experience of Azure)
- Experience of working with and managing 3rd party IT suppliers/partners
- Proven track record of working in fast paced environments
- Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, dynamic and 'can-do' approach to their work
NB: This role will initially be fully remote, with the expecation of circa 1-2 days onsite in one of client's offices in the UK for important meetings/steer co's etc. in the future.
