On behalf of our client, a financial service provider based in Cork, we are looking for external support with skills and abilities as stated below:
Angular Developer (f/m/x) financial area Cork - P641
Field of activity:
The department builds and maintains several applications to manage Investment Funds Order Routing and Transfer, Custody or Settlement activities over multiple type of media including SWIFT 15022, 20022, Front End, Fax, etc.
Tasks/responsibilities:
- Development of a new reference Data system
- Deliver good quality code and must be a problem solver.
- Working as part of an application development unit reporting to a Development team leader
Qualifications/required skills:
- University degree in a computer based discipline.
- Practical experience with the Angular framework, version 2+ (2 years or more). Equivalent experience with another modern Javascript framework (eg React) will also be considered.
- SASS, dynamic CSS
The candidate should ideally have experience working in financial area and must be a self-starter working closely with a small development team reporting to the team leader.
Experience with following technologies is a plus:
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Knowledge of Javascript
- JQuery
- Java programming experience & REST API's
- UX Design
- Practical experience within a development team working on scale enterprise Java applications
- UML usage, design patterns
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 3 month contract (with extension possible)
- Location: Cork
