Performance Analyst | SQL/Power BI | Government
SR2 are recruiting a contract Performance Analyst for a government department on a remote basis. The project will involve setting up a Performance Analysis framework using Google Analytics or Power BI and SQL. This role will require someone who is comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
This candidate will be expected to:
- Propose & evaluate a performance framework for a digital service
- Map data flows & identify problems with them
- Analyse live data to identify trends and problems in user behaviour
- Articulate what data points they might need to have available to visualise a particular KPI or answer a quantitative research question
This candidate will need knowledge of:
- The relationship between sample size and statistical significance
- Legal obligations with respect to GDPR and PECR
- A range of data visualisation tools
- A range of analytics tools
- A range of places data can be stored & transformed
