Insights Analyst Customer Data

Customer Insight Consultant, who would play a pivotal role in playing back actionable first-party data insight into our Marketing teams This is not just pulling data; the purpose of this role is to interpret the existing data we have, developing hypotheses and suggestions that can allow us to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Marketing communications, whether that is across Email, Push or targeted Digital Channels.

You will be using your skills to work alongside our team of Data Analysts, to ensure that you have the data you need at your fingertips, before presenting back the key headlines and stats that matter to our Marketing Teams.

In detail:

  • Act as a data specialist for both our Central CRM team, and Divisional Marketing teams; working with our Data Analyst team to build out effective and distinct profiles of the consumers.
  • Dive into the results of campaigns and marketing engagement stats at a consumer level, to identify trends and insights that can be actioned by our CRM and Marketing teams.
  • Develop and identify gaps within our Customer Profiles, and work to filling these gaps by working with our Regional and Global CRM teams, and local CRM agency.
  • Develop innovative approaches to data solutions - leveraging analytics, automation, and diverse datasets to decode consumer behavior and gain a deeper understanding of performance.
  • Act as expert on latest technology trends & products in the space of data, analytics, machine learning and/or AI, and consider how these can be applied to our existing clients - proactively working with client partners to create opportunities.
