Description
Desktop Support Engineer required to assist with O365 rollout to include building laptops and mobile phones. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working within this environment within their CV and any issues faced while carrying out this type of work. Experience of O356 and Citrix is essential.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to all users
- Installing, configuring and testing hardware and software components
- Kit handover training
- Management of asset register and auditing system records
- Liaising with users, support services and third-party suppliers
Experience of working in Public Sector desirable.
The successful candidate will be based Full time at our client's offices, so commutability to the Slough area is essential, remote working is not an option.
