ServiceNow SME - Dublin Central - € per Day
Our client is a highly regarded Insurance Company based in the centre of Dublin. Following a recent merger with another company, our client has grown substantially and is in the process of acquiring a much larger IT Infrastructure. They now have an immediate requirement for a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help this transformation
Essential Skills/Experience:
Minimum 3-4 Years ServiceNow experience, with advanced Administrator and Developer skills
Previous experience of implementing a customised ServiceNow instance from the ground up
Expert on CMDB, Service Catalogue and developing Workflows with at least ½ dozen deployment projects to reference with 2000+ end users.
Third Level qualification in Computer Science or related area OR an appropriate combination of professional experience
ITIL and project management certification (Prince 2 certified preferable, but others considered),
Good knowledge/understanding of Enterprise Architecture such as TOGAF, Zachman Framework, Archimate, ITIL, COBIT or Appropriate Equivalent would be a definite plus.
Core Responsibilities:
Work through Backlog of enhancements with wider team.
Dev side - link with other systems, enhancements, customisations and make this product/toolkit work for them.
Review the USER Interface.
Use past experience and knowledge to accelerate the Company's Service Now Development Programme
