Description
A Certified Scrum Master is required by my global client. They are looking for a candidate who has worked within Digital Marketing, Websites and E-commerce/CRM projects and who has a proven Digital delivery background.
Duties:
The Scrum Master is primarily responsible for ensuring the Team works as efficiently as possible and the correct use of Agile methodology, building coordination and performance management through each of the primary Agile ceremonies, whilst taking the lead to address performance challenges and reporting activities at a Team level.
Skills:
- Experience of managing Agile projects and programmes and personal accountability for delivering projects to time and cost, specifically projects related to Digital Marketing, websites, CRM, etc.
- Expertise in project management and Agile methodology, tools, techniques and templates
- Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust and delivering on promises
- Experience in using agile project management tools, such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira, and ability to get up to speed on agile solution delivery platforms quickly to lead the project team through the process
- Skills to manage a couple of agile teams/projects simultaneously
- Knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques (Kanban, velocity charts, control charts, burn-down metrics etc)
- Strong team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates commitment to IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management/Agile methodology Facilitate getting work done without dictating the work
- Coaches, mentors and supports team members to be self-organized
- Bring new ideas and approaches to the team, specifically related to Agile best practices
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel in Product, Development or QA and Leadership
- Focus on the working methods, tools and team performance to communicate team health
- Clearly communicate ideas between Product, Development and QA and Leadership
