Description
You will be programming predominantly in Python, working in machine learning modelling to develop a cutting edge application, that brings transformative synthetic environments, bringing multi-domain mission planning and collective training together across the strategic, operational and tactical levels.
Succesful candidates will have the following skills:
- Knowledge of Python for building production systems (as opposed to just Scripting and notebooks)
- Good coding practices - can write clean code that is simple, understandable, maintainable and testable
- Good communication skills - with team mates, with those on other teams, with customers
- Pragmatic and outcome focussed
- Business facing and driven by user requirements
- Enjoys pair programming and code review as ways to teach and learn
- Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-changing uncertain environment
