A global Bank are currently seeking a Risk Analyst to join them on a long term contract in London. The role requires an in-depth understanding of Wholesale Credit Risk and Settlements Transaction. Experience working on projects is also highly desirable and broad asset knowledge across Bonds, Equities and Futures is a major advantage.
£400 - £450 per day - 6 Month initial Contract
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Wholesale Credit Risk
- Experience and knowledge of the settlement transaction life cycle
- Direct knowledge of Futures, Bonds and Equities.
- Good understanding of the full markets trade life cycle across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office and control functions and associated infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of all products traded within Markets, in terms of their characteristics and settlement functionality.
- Clear understanding of the different purposes for which these products are traded.
- Ability to apply strong analytical skills to define, agree and document business requirements.
- Good interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills to mobilize and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environment across trading and support/infrastructure/control functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation and communicate with senior management.
