My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technical Project Manager with demonstrable delivery track record in Microsoft Teams, telephony solutions and Azure.
As Project Manager you will play a key role in the team working alongside other key stakeholders and 3rd parties. To be considered for this role you MUST have strong experience in unified communications, with a specific focus on migrations from Legacy systems (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco) to MS Teams.
Key Skills
- A proven background in end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Cloud voice solution experience (Teams/NICE InContact/Avaya).
- Extensive Project Management experience ideally in voice implementation projects.
- UK & Europe PSTN service & Number Porting knowledge/experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managing the design and deployment of complex contact centre solutions. leveraging traditional and cloud platforms and technologies.
- Supplier management/collaboration, joint team implementations, quotes, orders & communication.
- Exposure to industry standard call recording platforms, IVR solutions, WFM (NICE, Verint, Aspect).
- Strong consulting background with demonstrated experience in requirement collection, solution design and collaborative deployment with third party suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that can quickly change direction - and dealing with those changes accordingly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable conversing at every level of the business
