- Should have minimum 15 + years of experience in SAP transformation preferably in steel industry.
- Leading SAP S4 HANA global rollouts and strong domain knowledge in steel.
- Ability to lead large team with complex transformation.
- Should possess Business communication and leadership skills.
- Should have large program management skill.
- Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and training sessions
- Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player
