Description
NextLink are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking an Project Manager on an initial 8-month remote basis to work alongside their Prague offices.
The Role:
- Manage project delivery according to timelines, quality, budget and stakeholder satisfaction based on compliance to the ICE methodology and GxP
- Ensure proper project planning, managing transition between project streams.
- Work with system validation requirements and ensure a compliant implementation, always following existing validation framework and in alignment with quality experts.
- Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other policies relevant to the project scopes
- Lead project tollgates to get approval for progressing through the project lifecycle.
- Report project status and raising issues to Steering Committee when help is needed.
- Ensure proper project planning, managing transition between project streams.
- Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
- Monitor and control execution of project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release
- Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
- Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
- Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
- Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope
Required Skills:
- 12+ years business and IT experience.
- Expert knowledge of project management, soft-ware lifecycle management, IT Standards & financial management.
- Advanced knowledge of business process analysis & design, IT Architecture, technical standards and GxP requirements;
- Change management, negotiation and supplier management
