Calypso -ConsultantScope : Within our Global Competence Centre Accounting ICT is providing services in scope of Run and Change to achieve synergies & scale effects and to increase quality & efficiency. Our team supports and develops Calypso platform - MIB Accounting Solution (MAS), a centralized sub-ledger, supporting regulatory reporting and to generate accounting postings and reports in scope of Investments and Capital Market.
To guarantee the quality of our services we are looking for senior business analyst to join our team in Warsaw.
Tasks:
- Analysis and estimation of business requirements
- Assignment involves tasks of handling end to end Production Support activities
- Involved in providing quick investigation and real time support to meet regulatory SLA and e2e implementation to fix production issue.
- Involvement in functional testing, maintenance of issue tracker, documentation and Status Reporting.
- Working on requirement gathering, design of functional specifications & test cases for Change Requests & Production Issues.
- Enhancement of the Calypso application as per the client business requirement
- Close cooperation with other support units and application teams
- Support and lead of accounting driven projects (e.g. IFRS9)
Required experience and skills:
- Proven experience +7 years of experience of working with Calypso Platform, including working within Investment accounting area (subledger/General Ledger experience)
- Strong knowledge of the Asset Classes: FX, MM, OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income, Warrants, Certificates, Equities, Repo
- Strong knowledge of the Accounting Setup for the Treasury Products
o setup for daily valuation postings
o setup for realized profit/loss
§ Fixed Income – accounting for realized profit/loss under FIFO, WAC methodology
- Working knowledge of the SQL/PL-SQL language
- Working knowledge of unix shell environment would be an advantage

- Strong team player with very good communication skills, capability to work under time and task pressure
