Description
We are currently seeking for our client in Stockholm a(n)Engineering Director - CTO (w/m/d)
Your tasks:
• Lead a team of 6-8 engineering managers and 45 developers
• Creating the strategic and tactical plans to develop the competence
• Driving excellence through development of Competence Mastery Framework, standards and best
• practices
• Planning and executing activities or sessions to drive skills development and knowledge sharing
• Challenging people to take their next step in their irregular career path
• Leading and developing other leaders in the competence
• Defining KPIs for measuring progress and success for the competence
• Managing competence budget and ensuring it is used effectively and according to the plan
• Running competence meetings
Required skills:
• Work experience as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Experience with CRM platform
• Experience from leading other leaders
• Hands-on engineering experience
• Good understanding of agile methodologies
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or relevant field
