Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative Google reseller and IT service provider.For a customer project we are looking for an
IT 1st Level Support (m/f/d) in Vietnam – remote
Tasks and Skills:
• IT resident personnel will provide first level technical service support for PC/notebook troubleshooting, servers, IP telephony systems, secure printers, and performs regular bi-monthly preventive maintenance for notebooks.
• IT resident personnel should be able to identify and correctly prioritize user issues.
• IT resident personnel will assist to contact and communicate with the customer hardware vendors and network vendors for technical enquiries.
• IT resident personnel will help to contact vendors to arrange faulty part replacements and technical supports.
• IT resident personnel will provide migration kitting and hardware disposal job for the customer IT environment.
• IT resident personnel should be able to communicate with various level (C levels, VP, and any employee) of the customer business team in Vietnam office.
• IT resident personnel should be available onsite at Vietnam office during working hours.
(Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• IT resident provider company is expected to provide backup personnel(s) in case of primary IT resident personnel(s) being unable to attend work for the day.
• IT resident personnel will also become hands and eyes for the customer IT team in Germany (HQ).
• IT resident personnel should be able to register laptops to the customer Active Directory Domain.
• IT resident personnel should be able to produce weekly report.

Location: remote, on site upon request (Ninh Hai District or Ho Chi Minh City)
