Competencies /skills required• Master or Bachelor in IT
• Relevant Experience of 5+ years working in an enterprise implementing Salesforce.com Sales
cloud, Service cloud.
• Strong experience with CRM.
• Integrations experience with third party applications/platforms
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks like Creating Roles, Profiles, Users, Email Services, Page
Layouts, Workflow Actions, Process builders, flows, Approval Processes and other out-of-the-box
configurations
• Creating security model including sharing rules and security levels.
• Experience with Custom Application development on Force.com platform
• Experience in Salesforce integration with other on premise systems
• Experience in functional analysis, modeling and design methods
• Salesforce certified Administrator
• Knowledge on Apex, Visualforce and lightning components.
• Able to deploy initiative and has a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• You are customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a learning mentality.
• You are a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently.
• You are flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environment

Responsibilities
• Design and configure standard salesforce solutions
• Adhere to best practices defined by Salesforce
• Provide necessary information to coordinator about ongoing work

• Experience with SalesForce Marketing cloud is a plus
• Experience with Dell Boomi is a plus
• Experience with SAP CRM is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience with Vlocity is a plus
