Prestigious Global Firm is currently seeking a Senior IT Product Manager. Candidate will be working with the Senior IT Product Manager II, building relationships with the various teams, including but not limited to Legal Recruiting and Development, HR/Benefits, and Finance. The role will work closely with management, attorneys, and general business users, to elicit, document and translate specifications on applications for the departments and clients. This individual will translate the specifications into functional and technical requirements, utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, working between the Custom Development and Packaged Solutions teams. This position will operate as a business/practice IT driver primarily in the Human Resources application space, focusing on attorney review systems. This individual will likely also play a key role in various business process automation efforts related to the HR/Finance Thus, the applicant should have strong communication skills, verbal and written, be an active listener, possess excellent technical documentation skills and have experience in working with developers, architects and external vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience applying business systems analysis and business process management principles at different levels of an organization within an iterative and phased approach driven information technology environment.
