£500 - £550 per day
My client is a well known retailer who are looking for a Service Design Lead to join their Service Design & Transition Team. You'll be responsible for leading the design of a new digital service structure for the businesses E-commerce platform. You'll be responsible for transitioning the business from a Legacy waterfall structure to a modern Agile & DevOps approach to support and service.
You'll have previous experience working as a Service Design Lead, ideally on business critical platforms or products, with experience of standing up agile service teams. You'll have outstanding stakeholder and supplier management skills and be well versed in Service Design & Transition best practice.
£500 - £550per day
