We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who require a Engagement Manager for one of their Public sector Clients based in Telford. This role will currently be remote.

IR35 - This role is inside of IR35 (delete where necessary)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced E2E Engagement Manager to join our team who is able to manage our MU commercial processes, liaise with colleagues in the various Delivery Centres within the MU, and lead the delivery of the CTRP programme remediation activities, managing all commercial, financial, and delivery aspects within the TPS Cluster.

Key Skills required:

  • Direct the execution and implementation of your Engagement/Projects, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies, maintaining adherence to UPM, Bluebook and appropriate Agile delivery methods
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and work with the delivery team to establish a delivery rhythm, balance priorities, manage risks, dependencies, and remove blockers
  • Ensure quality assurance of all products/services to an appropriate level of quality for each stage of delivery
  • Map and manage all stakeholders to ensure positive relations and effective communication
  • Develop, promote and preserve positive Client and Capgemini relationships leveraging new opportunities
  • Improve the Capgemini relationships with 3rd parties that are key to the overall delivery
  • Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, having knowledge and experience to provide guidance and support
  • Ensure teams are able to work effectively by having a productive working environment
