MHC Overview:
MHC are an award-winning IT and Business Consultancy, specialising in Change Management initiatives, which we deliver working in a collaborative way with our Clients. We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 Banks.

You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.

Key duties include:

  • Work Closely with established Project team to understand requirements
  • Work with Technical Analyst to document a Certificate Lifecycle model
  • Manage regular stakeholder communications
  • Document use cases for HSBCs Public Certificate Authorities
  • identify and address gaps in Procedural documentation
  • Produce MI/Dashboard on CA uptake

Key Skills Required

  • To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
  • Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Internal/External Key stakeholders, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Operational effectiveness - delivers solutions that align to approved design patterns and security, risk and regulatory standards
  • Good understanding on IT Infrastructure technical platforms/technologies
  • A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
  • Experience with PKI/Venafi Trust Protection Platform advantageous
  • Strong Documentation skills - requirements, process, procedures, reports, plans and analysis
