Description
I am recruiting for a Training Developer to work remotely until restrictions are lifted and then some of the time spent in Cumbria.
The role is inside IR35 so you would need to work through an umbrella company.
You must have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training materials and an understanding of how quality training helps the business achieve its wider objectives.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to facilitate groups of individuals including SMEs.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential.
An education background (previous experience teaching, for example) would be preferred but is not essential.
