Location - London/Remote
Duration - 12 Months
Rate - £373pd (inside ir35)

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the project and it's deliverables.

The Project Manager ensures delivery to the appropriate level of quality, on schedule and within budget, in accordance with the Project Plan and Project Governance arrangements.

This End User & Workspace Project's Deliverables will include (but are not be limited to):
-Design and Implementation of technology solutions to enable future workspace.
-End User enablement including transition to future desktop solutions for hybrid working (eg, Laptop, Softphone, VDI, BYOD)
-End User moves management and day-1 support.

Key Responsibilities:

*Responsible for the daily execution of significant projects within a focus area and resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
*Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
*Verifies project team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
*Determines scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.
*Ensures creation of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
*Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
*Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
*Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
*Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
*Measures project management performance against standards.
*Ensures appropriate project staffing levels.
*Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.
*Creates and manages the project risk management plan.
*Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.
*May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role
*Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
