People Operations Transformation will support and empower co-workers and leaders in their performance and development. It will take place in all parts of our company and modernize our ways of working through standardization and digitalization. It will improve co-worker experience, deploy digital tools, secure compliance and support our business with insights and analytics, all key components for business success.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist us in:

The global data lead for the People Operations Transformation Programme will be responsible for working closely with the Transformation Partner on the end to delivery of the data work stream and leading the activities on behalf of the group, which will include the following:

- Global Data Definitions/Data Standards

- Data Migration Strategy

- Data Masking Requirements

- Data Privacy Impact Assessment and ongoing Data Privacy activities

- Data Governance Processes

- Data Quality Management Processes

- Data Mapping

- Data Profiling

- Data Quality Inventory, Action Plan and Cleansing

- Data Migration Runbook

- Data Trial Loads, Data Rehearsal

Requirements:

Desired knowledge, competence, experience, skills etc.

- Data migration experience on a large HR transformation programme

- Ability to direct team members and to engage with colleagues in end markets

- Requirements management methods and tools

- Ability to collect, substantiate, analyze, verify and prioritize information on all (detail) levels and derive relevant and accurate business requirements

- Data methods and tools with focus on business acceptance

- Ability to combine Business and IT knowledge

- Basic knowledge of IT Delivery processes, IT Strategy, application landscape and the business information it contains- Solutions and best practices on the market (benchmarking)

- Facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities

Three most important things:

1. Data migration on global HR transformation (+7 years experience, expert)

2. Ability to plan and manage work of others (+7 years experience, expert)

3. Analytical/Detailed mindset
