IT Change Manager/Brussels/Long term
Looking for someone who is familiar with:
- ITSM (ITIL)
- change management processes
- ServiceNow, Jira, Nolio, MCP
It is an operational and organizational role, to follow and track the changes (functional and technical) in the different tools used and to manage the coordination meetings upon upcoming releases (core releases, patching, minor releases).
Required:
- French and Dutch are mandatory
