Description
The Product Manager will,
- Be aware of and guided by the wider context and impact of their work within a programme of work.
- Understand user needs and business priorities and work with the team to develop and articulate a clear product vision, achievable goals and measurable objectives that are aligned
- Identify opportunities to share information with colleagues and others to help product development
- Take proactive responsibility for their own work, learning and development
- Normally have two to four years' experience
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Specialist experience in the health or social care arena (Charitable, NHS, professional membership bodies) is preferred but not essential
- Experience of data management or content management systems
- Certified Agile qualification or good knowledge of Agile project/implementation practices, tools & techniques
- Proven ability and experience of successfully managing and delivering digital products and/or services
