German Speaking Marketing Manager (B2C)

As part of the Merchant & Partnership Activation team, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic partners inclusion in our marketing programs to drives demand in key strategic verticals. In addition, in this role you will help deliver exciting marketing programs that align with the consumer passion points by generating compelling content creates an emotional connection and will have measurable impact on our brand and partners business. Ultimately you are a doer, with high drive and strong sense of accountability.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support local activation of Global Vertical Marketing & Partnership Strategy for our strategic verticals (Home Essentials, Fashion, Entertainment/Gaming, Urban Mobility/
Travel and Sports) via content led marketing that will reach and connect with consumers through their passion points.
- Execute flawlessly by driving campaign localization and executional support including media trafficking, feedback on creative reviews for merchant content (advertorial, influencer programs, media units), legal review, translations with our translation agency and all other aspects of campaign management in multiple markets around the world. Seek out ways to streamline processes and improve efficiencies, working in partnership with our marketing operations team.
- Partner with Global team to identify key strategic partners which could drive growth through these on going programs. Additionally, help support marketers in working through these programs with our partners (secure agreements, customer brand assets and messaging).
- Facilitate inclusion of top these merchants in brand, performance and life cycle programs at pace leveraging an agile approach.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to ensure all campaigns are accurately measured and deliver on the business goals, establishing clear KPIs, an agile learning agenda and best practices.

Keys Skills/Experience
- Experience Developing and Executing Marketing Campaigns with creative, media agencies
- Strong organizational skills, project management, attention to detail, good at communicating with 3rd parties (agencies, partners)
- Experience with marketing partnerships and co-creating content with merchant partners, understanding of the nature of co-marketing a plus
- Builds trust and effective relationships with peers
- Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations.
- Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.
- Analytical with experience in marketing attribution a plus
- Work within tech and global corporations and e-tail/E-commerce a plus
- German: Native or at least fluent AND very good in English
