1st/2nd Line Engineer- Windows 10, Office 365, AD- Cambridgeshire

My client has an urgent requirement fir a 1st/2nd Line Desktop Analyst to get involved with day-to-day hands of technical support on a wide range of hardware and Software issues.

The successful candidates must have the following skills:

- Windows 10

- Office 365 Troubleshooting

- Azure Active Directory (Cloud) and Active Directory (On-Prem) administration

- SCCM app packaging/deployment and troubleshooting experience.

- RDS/Terminal services troubleshooting

- General software/hardware troubleshooting
