IT Change Manager - ITSM, French & Dutch Speaking
My client, a leading international technology organisation, are looking for an experienced ITSM Change Manager to join their customer for a long term contract based in Brussels. Ideally, they are looking for someone with good knowledge across both functional and technical aspects.
It is an operational role, to follow and track the changes (functional and technical) in the different tools used (ServiceNow, Jira, Nolio, MCP), and make sure that the changes required information are as expected (Quality gates).
It is also an organizational role, in order to manage the coordination meetings upon upcoming releases (core releases, patching, minor releases). It requires a good and structured way of working.
The candidate must speak fluent French OR Dutch, and have a good knowledge of the other as both local languages are frequently used in meetings.
