Dynamics 365 F&O Technical LeadContract
£450 - £500 per day
3- 6 months
You will be responsible for design and implementation of a new Dynamics F&O support capability to commence operation at project go-live on 1 July 2021.
Over 12 months from 1 April you will work with the existing project and IT delivery teams, bringing together existing service/functional leads and in-house and outsourced technical support teams into a high performing new function which will set the direction of travel for devops cloud application support in the organisation .
You will be responsible for project and stakeholder management, designing and architecting solutions, team leadership, and other critical responsibilities. You will be the most senior person responsible for Dynamics 365 within the Council. This job requires a candidate with excellent technical skills, along with terrific leadership and communication skills.
Your experience:
- 6+ Years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX in Finance and Operations
- Track record of building and operating successful Dynamics F&O support teams
- Experience in public sector/government is a plus but not required
- Microsoft AX/D365FO (Essential)
- Technical Implementation of AX/D365
- Building and managing support teams
- Experience with LCS, VSTS
- Experience of developing ITIL and service management processes
- Ability to gather technical requirements
- Ability to write & document technical Specifications
- Familiar with SDLC (Requirement gathering, Solution Design, Build, Test, Deploy)
- Manage code release and deployments
- Common Data Services
- Ideally Microsoft Azure Integration Architecture with PowerApps, LogicApps, CDS
- Microsoft Power Platform (desirable)
