Hardware Test Engineer - PCB, debugging, design, PCB assembly, SMT debug, RF tools, Digital, Analog - Contract
A Hardware Test Engineer with experience working on maintenance and repair of hardware is required for a world leading semiconductor business developing and testing the Bluetooth and audio technology for wireless earbuds and smartphones.
Ideally you will come from a background in Hardware maintenance and repair on PCB issues with experience on both digital and analog systems
You should be knowledgeable on debugging production test hardware and have hardware skills including soldering of SMT components. A background in electronic hardware equipment is necessary and easily able to troubleshoot and understand problems with PCB assemblies.
Skills:
- Proven Electronics Equipment Testing
- SMT debugging in digital and analog hardware, RF useful
- Working with hardware design and measurement instruments
- Any candidates with 2+ years' experience in the above will be considered
This contract will be inside of IR35 and will run for 6 months with potential for extension.
