Lead Agile Coach
6 month contract (Inside IR35)
Bristol/London
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Agile principles and practices. Ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization
- Expert in a range of the Lean/Agile toolsets including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), DevOps
- Certified Agile coach with relevant certification, proven delivery experience in Agile and leading a team of Agile coaches in a large organisation
- Application of Agile principles in one or more of these development disciplines: design, development, testing, and management; can relate principles, practices into performing these disciplines in an Agile environment
- Excellent presentation and training skills with ability to run Agile training courses, such as on the basics of agile, product owner, scrum master and certifying your teams
- Designing/applying/tailoring our tools and processes to the situation
- Telecoms industry exposure
