Location: WFH Till Aug - London | Maidenhead

Duration: 12 Months - Possibility of Extension

Must Have

  • Experience of working into B2C Environment.
  • Hands on experience with data and execution.
  • Must have Travel, Media or Retail Industry background.

The Opportunity

In support of this, the engagement and retention of our customers has become the top strategic priority for the company. Our goal is to use Marketing to both increase our CSAT (customer satisfaction) and Retention rates simultaneously.
  • As an EMEA Engagement & Retention Campaign Manager, you will drive the integrated planning and be responsible for the execution, reporting/analytics & ongoing optimization of your campaigns in EMEA.
  • A successful candidate will be expected to effectively partner cross-functionally with GTM (Go-to Market), Engagement & Retention global leads, COE (Centers of Excellence) teams, Client.com, In-house Studio, Customer Service, Regional leads, Analytics & Insights, etc.
  • We are looking for someone who can combine the art and science of analytics and insights to paint a data driven picture of today's business and tomorrow's opportunities. You are a dynamic leader that can balance longer-term strategy with short-term financial results focused execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Success in this role is tied directly to our ability to measure our impact and materially improve our customer retention rates.

What you'll Do

  • Define, document and communicate EMEA marketing plan aligned with company goals, and taking into consideration unique EMEA requirements and market situation
  • Use quantitative & qualitative data captured via various teams & sources to understand customer behavior & identify customer experience inhibitors and levers
  • Partner with retention & engagement global analytics team to develop EMEA specific engagement success metrics
  • Understand and manage the budget spend needed to deliver the marketing plan; find opportunities for greater efficiency and improvements in return on investment
  • Close cooperation and exchange within the European Matrix organization as well as with the US headquarters
  • Drive quarterly campaign marketing review
  • Sparkle innovation in marketing programs based on customer insights and findings
  • Understand the for each of the marketing channels contributing to a plan and know when plans are under-performing;

What you need to succeed

  • Confirmed analytical skills: the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends and pursue the right questions to take action
  • Have a detailed understanding of our target customer and the journey they take from purchase to retention
  • Strong communicator & attention to detail: ability to distill feedback and prioritize accordingly.
  • Fast-learner, with a positive attitude and willingness to try new things
  • Deep understanding of best-in-class Engagement & Retention marketing efforts
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Open and collaborative - share insight, spirit and energy as a member of EMEA Digital Media Marketing organization
  • Language: Fluent spoken and written English.
