Title: Analyst

Location: London | Maidenhead

Duration: 12 Months


The web optimization & testing analytics team is tasked with unlocking and communicating customer-centric, impactful insights to product and business partners by piecing together multiple data sources. It is also equally up to the task of getting into the details by digging deep into the data and crafting robust reporting solutions that help internal partners scale efficiently.

The analyst will be responsible for establishing a reporting and insights framework that enables the EMEA SEO and Web Customisation teams to develop and communicate a deeper understanding of Client trends and performance of initiatives, across key markets and segments. In order to establish benchmarks, identify gaps and opportunities, as a means to support overall strategy and ongoing content optimisation efforts.

What you need to succeed

A Strong Analytics Skillset:

  • High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics for analysis, insight sharing and data presentation.
  • You must love data, have a strong understanding of SEO analytics and research platforms as well as familiarity with various third-party SEO solutions
  • Strong demonstration of Adobe Experience Cloud products' technical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of online marketing strategies. Knowledgeable of all digital marketing tactics and their impact on web behavior.
  • Ability to knit together Adobe Analytics, SEO analytics and customer attribute data to deliver robust insights that advise optimization plans.
  • Data visualization is key to the story. Adept at bringing data to life through dashes and presentations. Power BI skills also useful.
  • Experience in providing forecasts and performance reports to cross-functional teams around core SEO metrics, including backlinks, keyword ranking and traffic.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
  • Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving

A Proactive and Collaborative Mindset:

  • Partner with web experience, GTM and marketing teams to develop analytics and insights to acquire and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with analytics implementation teams to ensure timely capture of analytics data and delivery of insights.

An Excellent Storyteller

  • The ability to transform data into clear presentations for senior leaders - and explain the story behind the data - is essential for success.
  • Ability to relay analytical insight to stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing client reports and presentations


  • 5+ years related work experience in digital marketing environments.
  • BS in statistics, mathematics, economics or other quantitative field required.
  • English fluency is required, French or German are a plus
