Project Manager - 3 to 6 months Contract - Knutsford

Senior Project Manager requirements:- Experience within Telecoms, Voice Recording & Contact Centre or Trader Floor is required. Experience of working with Tier 1 Financial Institutions across the Globe an advantage. Understanding of Nice NTR, VFC, Verint, Cisco, SfB & MSTeams. In-depth understanding of the Project Management methodologies. Working towards or achieved a formal accreditation (such as Prince2, ITIL, Agile). MS Project
My client is looking for a Dynamic global Project Manager with the drive to success.
Ideally, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive on being able to meticulously manage multiple projects where the demands and rewards are equally high.
You will be a great communicator, with an impeccable attention to detail, whilst delivering every project to scope, on-time, within budget and above the high expectations of my client's global banking & financial sector client base.
Project Manager Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of the Project Management methodologies. Working towards or achieved a formal accreditation (such as Prince2, ITIL, Agile)
  • Understanding the client's business needs and why the technology solution investment has been made
  • Manage project budgets, define estimated costs, and manage actual project spend against forecasts
  • Managing the Project life cycle end to end with tasks definition, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are on track and in-line with designated budget
  • Delivering detailed project documentation, project plans, scope of works, risk registers, testing documents and clear transition plans to demonstrate project goals can be achieved at each stage
  • Demonstrating the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our Operations Team and clients at a high level, acting as the single point of contact throughout the project deployment to ensure consistency
  • A strong character with the ability to influence people across the organisation and within the client's company to ensure that things get done when they need to be
Project Manager Key day-to-day responsibilities:-

  • Utilising MS Project, plan in detail; considering the project scope, resource, schedule, costs, communication, and quality to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution
  • Ensuring that the solution is carried out, tracking project progress/milestones against the agreed plan.
  • Responsible for risk monitoring and control.
  • Lead a weekly Project update meeting into the Operations Team.
  • Lead daily/weekly (as needed) project update calls with the customer, keep customer updated with progress and keep on top of customers to complete their tasks.
