End User Tech Analyst
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a End User Tech Analyst
Key Requirements:
- Mitigate and reduce risk to business as the lead end user technical specialist on the project.
- Solve and solution technical project challenges and exceptions.
- Act as Desktop Subject matter expert (SME) to support strategic initiatives and tactical deployments.
- Provide documentation and lead the Application Readiness workstream for the project.
- Deliver exception analysis and solution through engagement with Tech Leads/CSM's.
- Liaise with Project Manager and Service Request Administrators on tracking and resolving any continuing challenges.
Key Experience:
- Excellent technical knowledge of PCs, other desktop hardware, laptops and tablets.
- 2-5 Years' Experience with end user and Back Office transformation projects such as Workstation refresh or OS upgrades.
- Good IT skills, computer literacy and organisational skills.
- Good English skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and MAC client operating systems as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office & Active Directory.
- Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques with minimal supervision.
