System Analyst Duties:
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
- Understanding business requirements and documenting the functional requirements
- Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
- Design of computer systems and frameworks
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT Team relating new designs and existing problem resolution
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for organisation
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- IT Resilience concepts
- Detailing end to end service diagrams and customer journeys
Requirements of Role:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level written and verbal communications
- Project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Datamodelling
- Knowledge of Monitoring & Alerting (AppD, Splunk, Thousand Eyes etc.)
- Technologies (3 or more of these skills)
